Power Performance Method
A neuromuscular training modality directed at the progressive development of strength, power, and athletic capacity. Adaptation is targeted at the level of the central nervous system, through enhanced motor unit recruitment, elevated rate of force development, and refined intermuscular coordination — the body trained to express force more efficiently rather than merely to accumulate it. Technical execution constitutes the governing constraint of the method. The intended outcome is force production that transfers beyond the gym: strength expressed in athletic performance and in the demands of daily life.
